These terms describe your use of SAGASU Beta, a virtual-pet game offered under the Sagasu Project name by an individual publisher based in Indonesia. Sagasu Project is a project name, not a claim that we are a registered company. For questions about these terms, email contact@sagasusol.xyz.

1. Using the game

By choosing to use SAGASU, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. You must be legally able to use the service in your location. If your use requires a parent or guardian's authorization, obtain that authorization before using the game or connecting a wallet.

The game requires an internet connection and is designed for landscape play. Guest play and wallet-linked accounts are available. Features may differ according to device, wallet compatibility and service availability.

2. Wallets and accounts

Connecting a supported Solana wallet lets you authenticate your account and use cloud progress features. Sign-in uses a signed message; signing in does not itself authorize a token transfer. You remain responsible for your wallet, protecting access to it and reviewing each wallet request.

We do not ask for your seed phrase or private key. Never send either to our support team. Wallet applications and the Solana network are independent third-party services.

3. Progress and saves

Guest progress is saved on your device. Clearing browser or app storage, resetting your game or uninstalling the app can remove local progress. Cloud saving requires a connected account and depends on service availability. Signing out does not automatically delete your cloud records.

The beta cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or loss-free saves. Use the backup export available in Settings when appropriate. Contact support if your progress needs attention.

4. Coins, items and rankings

Gameplay coins, XP and items are game state and are separate from blockchain tokens. The current beta has no cash-redemption or token-payout feature. A displayed wallet token balance does not convert in-game coins to tokens or promise earnings.

Missions and leaderboards are gameplay features, not investment services or a promise of financial rewards. Balancing, scores and features may change during the beta.

5. Fair use

Do not exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, impersonate other players, use abusive usernames, interfere with services or attempt unauthorized access. We may investigate abuse and restrict access or ranking participation when necessary to protect the game and other players. Contact support to report a problem or question a restriction.

6. Game content

Artwork, audio, software and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. Permission to play the game does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute its assets.

7. Beta availability and changes

SAGASU is a beta release. Features and availability may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or fixes. We may revise these terms and publish an updated date on this page. Check the terms when returning to the game.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy laws continue to apply.
