Privacy Policy

SAGASU is offered under the Sagasu Project name by an individual publisher based in Indonesia. This policy explains information used by the game. For privacy inquiries, email contact@sagasusol.xyz.

1. Information used by SAGASU

• Device storage: game progress, preferences, local backups of pending saves and authentication/session information where applicable.
• Wallet-linked account information: public wallet address, account identifier and information used to authenticate your signed sign-in message.
• Game and profile records: username/profile information, cloud progress, ranked mini-game sessions, scores and leaderboard records.
• Token-balance information: public Solana account information queried using your authenticated wallet address. This is separate from gameplay coins.
• Support information: messages and other information you choose to send us.
• Technical information: hosting and infrastructure services may process IP addresses, request details, device/browser information and operational or security logs when serving the game.

The app does not ask you to disclose your wallet seed phrase or private key. Wallet signing is performed by your wallet application; the game does not receive its private signing key.

2. Why information is processed

Information is processed to deliver the game, authenticate connected accounts, save and restore progress, display profiles and rankings, retrieve token balances, respond to requests and protect service integrity.

Guest play does not require a wallet connection, but it still stores local game data and makes requests to our hosting and infrastructure. Connecting an account enables additional authentication, cloud and ranking features.

3. Public information

Usernames and ranking information may be visible to other players through the leaderboard. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in your username.

Blockchain addresses and on-chain records are public independently of SAGASU. Removing app records cannot erase public blockchain history.

4. Service providers and disclosures

The game uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Helius for Solana balance queries, web hosting to deliver content and independent wallet applications for signing. These services receive the information necessary for the features they provide.

Service providers may process information outside Indonesia. Their practices also depend on their own policies and service configurations. Contact us with questions about providers and processing locations.

Information may also need to be disclosed to respond to a valid legal obligation, investigate abuse or protect the security and rights of the service and its users.

5. Storage and retention

Local information remains in browser or app storage until reset, removed or overwritten. Clearing storage or uninstalling can remove device-only progress. Signing out does not automatically erase local caches or cloud records.

The current beta does not have automatic account-expiry deletion or a self-service account-deletion button. Cloud account and gameplay records are retained unless removed through an operator-handled request or service administration. Provider backups and operational logs may follow separate retention processes; deleting active records does not necessarily remove backup copies immediately. Contact us for retention information relevant to your request.

6. Your choices and requests

You can play as a guest without connecting a wallet, sign out of your connected account, export a game-progress backup in Settings, and manage local storage through your browser or Android settings. These actions are not a substitute for requesting cloud-account deletion.

To request access, correction or deletion of account data, or to raise other privacy concerns, email contact@sagasusol.xyz. Requests are reviewed manually, with appropriate verification of account ownership. Never send a seed phrase or private key. We will explain the available action and any lawful retention limitations relevant to your request.

If you believe information about a child has been processed without required authorization, contact us so the situation can be reviewed. Parents or guardians should review the game and wallet services before allowing use where their authorization is required.

7. Security

The hosted game uses HTTPS. The Android release disables WebView debugging and Android backup. These measures do not guarantee that security incidents cannot occur. Protect your device and wallet, and report concerns to our support team.
